  1. I don't even think they've even been used once. My friend left them at my house years ago, and doesn't want them anymore. Rubber looks like it's still in near perfect shape (they were in a plastic bag the whole time). Anyway, like I said, they're literally like new. Size 41 EU / 8 US Men / 9 US Women How about $40? Or trade for other climbing gear, let me know what you have. I'm located in Seattle. cheers scott
  2. Note that I have since posted in the Rideshare thread because I am probably going to end up driving my truck down. Look there for more info.
  3. Smith Rock this week! 1. Date: Leave Seattle evening of Wednesday 9/18 or morning of Thursday 9/19. 2. Destination: Smith Rock 3. Origination: Seattle 4. number in party: Just me and you, but I'm meeting up with friends at the crag. You can probably climb with us if you want, as long as you have a decent amount of climbing experience. 5. if you can drive or not (and the mpg of your car if so).: I have a small pickup truck, and can drive. It gets low 20's MPG, so I figure it'll cost around $60-ish each way. Return trip is Sunday 9/22, afternoon or evening.
  4. Going to Smith Rock next weekend (9/20 - 9/22), and am trying to find someone to ride down with. Want to leave Seattle area Wednesday night, or anytime Thursday (actual goal is to make it to the camping area no later than Thursday night, so that I can wake up early and get climbing!). Any takers? We can use my vehicle or yours. I'd prefer a one way trip in your car, since I already have a ride back with my friends, who are meeting me down there. We can take my truck, but only if you want to return with me on Sunday, since I can't afford the gas hit all on my own. Also, my truck doesn't get the best mileage. 20mpg maybe? I'm a friendly, conscientious guy who won't annoy you for the six hour trek, so don't be bashful! Let me know! phone or text me at two oh six, three five five, seven seven six seven. Or you can just message me via cc.com. Thanks all, -scott
  5. I'm playing hookie tomorrow, and am hoping to find a sport climbing partner for tomorrow (Monday July 1st). I don't care about your climbing level, as long as you know how to safely lead belay, clean an anchor, etc. I was thinking World Wall or Nevermind Wall, but am open to other suggestions. I've got all the gear we'd need, but no car. I'm happy to pay for the gas to get out there. Ping me if you're interested. I was kinda thinking of heading out at 9am, and back by 5-ish, but as long as I'm back by around 6:30, that's fine. We could leave super early if that's more your style too. Lemme know! cheers, Scott
  6. Looking for a lead partner for either of those dates. I've never been to Little Si and am really excited to check it out. I'm going to try for the onsight of Rainy Day Women (I can't believe how many people have suggested this). Can't wait! Any takers? (In case you're not aware, Little Si has mostly 5.11 and above routes, so it's not really a beginner's area). cheers, Scott
