  1. Nice TR! This reminds me of the first climb I ever did, Rainier. As a Jersey boy out of highschool, I saw a picture of it online and decided to climb it on the spot. Months of planning, collecting gear, training, and practice with another Jersey yokel culminated in the summit of Rainier. At the time I thought it was like walking on the moon. Keep on trying and you'll get to the summit!
  2. a tricky traverse on the glacier, steep ice crusted snow and at least 2 pitches of ice. http://cascadeclimbers.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/845453/Baker_N_Ridge#Post845453
  3. A party of 4 of us made an attempt on this last week, but bailed off because of lateness, weather and communication issues (the radios we brought didn't work ). I'd like to get up it this weekend with the good weather. This time I plan to climb the nose of the cliff instead of the face, which should yield 2 full pitches of AI3. Let me know if interested and what experience you have. toner2@u.washington.edu Here are a variety of TRs I've written: Yosemite http://uw.cascadeclimbers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=24253 Toment-forbidden http://uw.cascadeclimbers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4386 Orbit, N Ridge Sherpa http://uw.cascadeclimbers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=23356&highlight=#23356 Backbone Ridge http://uw.cascadeclimbers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=23021&highlight=#23021 N Ridge Stuart http://uw.cascadeclimbers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=22992&highlight=#22992 NE Buttress J-berg http://uw.cascadeclimbers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=20584&highlight=#20584 Antarctic Research http://uw.cascadeclimbers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=21560&highlight=#21560
