an exact # for the temp would be silly - expect it to be cold during your start in the darkness (long pants and shirt/shell layer oughta be fine - you'll want a fleece or down jacket for breaks- a balaclava and fleece mitts too). it'll be warm by mid morning and unless its blowing hard, you'll be able to walk down in tshirt.

after cruising up the hill in bluebird spring conditions, be sure to come back in a winter storm to see what the mtn feels like when she's being a vindicative little bitch!

Std answer ...

20s-60s, party sunny between scattered snow showers, chance of horizontal sleet with low lying clouds. Winds 0-60 mph with reverse gusts up to 100 mph on the summit. Freezing levels from 6000k - 12000k rain showers possible at lower elevations along with white out conditions.

excellent, thanks. Looking about like I'd hoped. We were up the weekend before and the climbing was great - lots of good ice in the cracks even though the rime was shite (redundant?). It just took some digging to find the good stuff.
