My plan was to hopefuly get out by 10 am and be back by late afternoon. I climb 5.10 on a good day and lead sport around 5.9 and 5.7 trad. Any of your 3 options would sound good to me: I haven't been to exit 38 for climbing for me. Nor the Tooth, but have been wanting to. Also have car, rope and rack.
