It has sat protected in my basement since then and is in great shape. There's a hole in one of the bottom corners from abrasion that could be patched. There are also abrasion holes on the bag that holds the fly. The bag (and therefore the holes in the bag) do NOT affect whether or not the portaledge is dry. See pics.
