OhioIcer Posted March 30, 2015 Share Posted March 30, 2015 Hi everybody! I just moved out the to PNW about two weeks ago and volcano season is right around the corner! I am looking for some one that has a bit more experience than me and would be willing to show me the ropes! I prefer climbing ice and I hoping that I can learn some more about alpine ice and possibly some trad. I can lead ice at WI3 (3+ if I am feeling it) comfortably and reliably lead 5.9 sport. (pushing the limits at 5.10c for leading). I have a winter summit of Mt. Washington in NH and nearly made the summit of Sahale peak, but was turned around due to poor conditions. Anyways, I am not looking to go nuts and climb 5.13 trad or any crazy alpine ice, I am just hoping to get out there and actually explore the mountains!
