Our mentors guide youth to overcome challenges and illuminate the meaning of their accomplishments, helping to instill critical life skills and setting the stage for a lifetime of success. Volunteer mentors are the backbone of the Big City Mountaineers program. We are looking for positive adult role models with some backpacking experience and a passion for mentoring youth for our 2014 summer trips.
