If you've gotten it in the past you are because you clicked "yes" to email from us when you registered. If you do not want it anymore please kindly unsubscribe instead of marking it as spam. If you are not getting it and want to, simply go to the forum list and you will see the subscribe box at the top of the list. We will never ever evar give your email away.
